Holders of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Business Travel Card can enter China without the need for a visa. These travelers are allowed to stay in China for up to 60 days.

Foreigners with an Aliens' Residence Permit issued by the People's Republic of China Public Security Bureau (PSB) do not need a visa to enter China. However, individuals coming to China for study, employment, or as resident correspondents must apply for an Aliens' Residence Permit within one month of arrival.
