Your private tour guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby as long as the hotel is within the Fourth Ring Road in Beijing. If your hotel is outside the Fourth Ring Road, or if you need to be picked up at the train station or airport, the guide can still meet you up, but there will be an additional charge.
Drive to Nanshan Ski Resort, located in the Miyun District, approximately 82 kilometers northeast of downtown Beijing (about 2 hours' drive). Covering an area of 3,000 hectares, Nanshan Ski Resort is a premier winter destination for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. Known for its top-tier man-made snow and modern facilities, the resort is equipped with hi-tech snow-making systems and groomers to ensure the slopes are always in excellent condition.
With a high-speed Quad lift, 2-man chairlift, and 12 rope tows and platter lifts, Nanshan boasts a lift capacity of 5,400 skiers and snowboarders per hour, minimizing wait times and maximizing slope time. The resort is internationally managed by a team of professionals, implementing the international color-coded trail classification and safety signage, making it a secure and comfortable experience for all levels of skiers and snowboarders, from beginners to advanced.
Upon arrival, your English-speaking guide will assist you with picking up your ski outfit and equipment (rental not included) from the service center. Before hitting the slopes, your ski instructor will guide you through a warm-up session, and your guide will translate any important safety instructions. Once you're ready, enjoy the thrill of skiing or snowboarding on the resort's pristine trails.
After your morning skiing session, you can enjoy lunch at a local restaurant near the resort (at your own expense), offering a variety of northern Chinese cuisine. Following your exhilarating day on the slopes, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel in Beijing.
