Day 1: Arrival in Guilin

Upon arrival at Guilin airport or train station, your tour guide and driver will welcome you there and transfer to your hotel in downtown Guilin.

If time permits, you'll have a leisure easy walk along the city's ancient water system-Banyan Lake and Fir Lake (this ancient water system was first built 800 years ago and served as a moat protecting the city in old times).

Day 2: Guilin – Yangshuo

After the hotel breakfast，drive to Mopanshan Pier for a 4-hour' cruise on Li River - the highlight of your Guilin tour with lunch aboard. You will enjoy the beautiful mountains, verdant fields, farms and villages with water buffalos, cows wondering around on both sides of the river bank. Get off at Yangshuo-famous for its spectacular and picturesque countryside. Then check in your Yangshuo hotel.

Day 3: Yangshuo Yulong River-Golden Water Cave

Your guide will meet you in the lobby of your hotel at 9:00 am to start the day.

As a branch of Li River and the second largest river in Yangshuo, Yulong River is an ideal attraction for you to appreciate unique shaped limestone hills and rice paddy fields along it. Today, follow your guide to enjoy a leisurely cycle through themagnificent karst countryside, the environment is comprised of the iconic Guangxi rice terraces, water buffalos, and karst mountains.

Being a real fairyland, Golden water cave is a place where you will be greatly impressed by its high hollow sky, deep Underground River, impending waterfall and dense stalagmite. Walking inside the Golden water cave, you will exclaim how nature can be so powerful to make such magnificent sights.

Day 4: Yangshuo – Guilin Departure

Check out the hotel and transfer to airport or train station for your next destination. On the way, visit Xianggong Hill which will take about 15 minutes to climb up along the stone steps to the hilltop; there offers a great spot overlooking the Li River and karst scenery.

The peak seasons are: Chinese New Year /Tomb Sweeping Day /May 1st–5th /Dragon Boat Festival /Summer School Holidays (July 1st–September 1st) /October 1st–7th. To ensure availability, we recommend booking your tour at least one month in advance if you plan to travel during these periods.
